Following on from the success of The Clink Restaurant at HMP Styal, The Clink Charity chose Merseyside Catering Fabrications to provide their kitchen fabrication and front of house coffee shop counters for their new store ‘The Clink Cafe’ located in the centre of Manchester.
The Clink Cafe can be found in Canada House on Chepstow Street. In order to be in keeping with its history, MerseyFabs were asked to incorporate reclaimed wood from the building and use on the fascia of the counter along with a tile found throughout.
