Zapatista is Newcastle’s first dedicated Mexican inspired Burrito Bar. Located in the busy shopping and student district just set off Northumberland Street their three story homage to mexican culture and food stands proud. We were asked to provide a bespoke servery counter and stainless steel back counter for food prep. The servery counter incorporates an in-built chilled display well and wet well bain-marie display.
