Grafene is a unique British restaurant in the heart of Manchester, located at 55 King Street. Well known for its designer shops, this area of Manchester is seeing a huge increase in top end eateries.
In partnership with HK Projects, Merseyside Catering Fabrications were privileged to supply the fully bespoke kitchen fabrication and theatre pastry area in this fantastic restaurant.
The kitchen fabrications included a stunning bespoke chefs hot pass spanning nearly 7 metres and incorporating a twin tier heated gantry with hidden tab grabbers, built in hotcupboard and gastronorm drawers, voids for under counter refrigerated storage and housing a rise and fall grill.
Other fabrications within the kitchen included dishwash tabling, centre islands, storage areas and even a bespoke cultivation bench. All centre items also incorporated a custom profile to match that of the focal cooking equipment in the middle of the kitchen. An aesthetically pleasing kitchen.
The theatre pastry area to the front of house does not disappoint either. With a stone worktop and stainless steel prep area, this section allows visitors to see their food being crafted and offers an unraveled ambiance.
