At certain venues, the food offering needs to be mobile. Sometimes this restricts the menu, however at Peterborough Arena this is not the case following the arrival of their new mobile food display carts.
The range of carts feature heated ceran plates, chilled salad wells, refrigerated multideck display units, coffee stations and till points. All units are customisable with magnetic fascias for catering branding surrounded by LED lighting, and magnetic menu board hangers on the overhead gantries.
