Merseyside Catering Fabrication’s were tasked with designing, manufacturing and installing all components of the refurbishment at CATS College Cambridge campus. The job included bespoke hot and cold food service options with an ambient counter to compliment; a beverage dispense counter and a coffee shop pod.
The servery counters had LED illuminated tray slides with ceiling mounted overhead gantry and curved glass sneeze screen to the drop in chilled well and dry heat bain-marie.
The coffee pod uses MCF chilled and heated patisserie display cases with square glass and hydraulic pistons for lift up glass to the front for easy loading and cleaning.
All counters had a Corian worktop.
